MR: Full House

This time, I was able to choose what I want to watch which was the first episode of a TV drama so I chose “Full House” to write a movie review. Do you know about this TV drama? It is an American situation comedy. In America, “Full House” 192 episodes were aired from 1987 to 1995. In Japan, the ”Full House” was aired on NHK from 1993 to 1997 so maybe, if you like foreign countries or interested in English, you have watched “Full House” when you were young. Naturally, I often watched this TV drama after I came back home. So I choose this TV drama. This is my favorite TV drama.

I will introduce about the first episode of this story and this story’s cast. First, I will introduce about this story’s cast. Danny is TV broadcaster and he is husband of Pamela. He is very tall. Pamela is wife of Danny. They have three daughters. They are D.J, Stephanie and Michelle. D.J. is the oldest daughter. Stephanie is the second daughter. Michelle is the youngest of the three children in the family. She is so pretty. Jesse is Pamela’s brother so he is Danny’s brother in law. He is a musician and he is so dandy. He cooperates with child rearing to help Danny. Joey is a close friend for Danny. He likes children and he is a comedian so he is so interesting. He helps with child rearing too. There are one family in San Francisco. The name is Tanner family. But, one day Pamela died in a traffic accident. So it happens after three months ago, Jesse and Joey came to the Danny’s house to help him with child rearing. They began living together with the Tanner family. So they need room then D.J and Stephanie had to share in one room. Their room is the same. But, it was not happy for D.J so she moved in the basement and she brought her all things to there. She didn’t completely go out of the room so Jesse tried to persuade her too. But, D.J. stayed there. Finally, Danny tried to persuade too. At first, D.J. didn’t understand what Danny saying. But she gradually understood so D.J finally returned to her room. The scene drawed tears from me. This story has both of laugh and feeling.

This TV drama is so familiar to me because I often watched this drama when I was an elementary school student. Ａ lot of my friends also watched this TV drama and they also liked it so much. Especially, Michelle is so cute!! Besides, the other cast members are so interesting. So I like this TV drama very much. There are a lot of series of “Full House” in KGU’s library. So I can anytime to watch it when I want to watch it. I want to watch all series of “Full House” someday. I recommend this TV drama very much. (492words)

Today, I had two classes in third period and fourth period. After that, I went to Maruzen with Chika. In there, I found my favorite rice cracker. It is "Yukinoyado". Do you know the snack? I've loved the snack so much since when I was child because it was so sweet taste. Besides, it was only 100 yen♪ So I bought it. I bought a snack one more. It is candy that is cover of Stitch. Recently, I became fun of Stitch because I was moved so much when I watched the movie of Lilo and Stitch. Then I knew about Lilo and Stitch's charm so I chose it☆ Then, the paper of candy had like a Origami. Look at this picture♪ They are so cute!! This is made by Chika. She is so cleverness. Essay05: Lilo and Stitch

I will introduce about the movie “Lilo and Stitch”. This movie is an animation and was made by Disney in 2002 in America. Then this movie was a great hit beyond our expectations so this movie is very popular, especially among children. Now I will introduce about this movie’s characters and this story right now.

This story’s main characters are Lilo and Stitch. Lilo is 5 years old and she is a cute girl. She is going to a hula school and she likes to take pictures. Sadly, her parents died in a traffic accident so she is living with her older sister. Her treasure is a photo that shows her family. Her character is very naughty so she often annoys with her sister. But, she knows about family more than other people that it is very important. So she has a good warm heart. The second character is Stitch. He was made by genius evil scientist doctor whose name is Jumba. Jumba created Stitch by illegal gene experiments. Stitch was a experimental alien. The name was experiment 626. Stitch’s physical color is blue and he is so ferocious so he was lead away to earth. This story’s supporting actors are Nani, David, Jumba, Pleakly, Cobla and others. Nani is Lilo’s sister. She has a muscular body so her appearance is so strong. David is a boyfriend of Nani. He is working as a fire performer at the Hawaiian center. He is muscular too. Next is Jumba. Jumba created Stitch. He is the evil genius scientist. But, when he come to earth, he is kind only at that time. Pleakly is the guard man of Jumba and goes with him to earth. Pleakly has only one eye and three legs. Jumba and Pleakly came to earth to catch Stitch. Cobla is the staff of welfare office. He tried to persuade Nani to take Lilo to child care facility.

This story’s main location is Kauai Island in Hawaii. There was very beautiful nature there and that is where Lilo and Nani were living. One day, Stitch escaped to Kauai from outer space. Then he had traffic accident in Kauai so he was captured at the animal shelter after he went to a hospital. Just at that time, Lilo and Nani came to the animal shelter to get a pet for Lilo because she wants to have a friend who is always beside to her. There, Lilo found Stitch. She was pleased by Stitch easily. So she bought Stitch and then Lilo lives with Stitch from that day. It was so happy for Lilo. But, Stitch was so violent because he is an alien who knows only how to destroy things. But, Stitch gradually develops a kind heart thanks to Lilo. Finally, Stitch lives with Lilo and Nani and David in Hawaii in Kauai. The family looks like such a nice family. This story’s ending is so good.

This story is so interesting because Lilo and Stitch are so intesesting and cute!! I especially like Lilo’s character very much. Besides, this story tells me it is important to think about our family. I have my favorite part in this movie. It is David’s part. When we feel down if we ride a good wave, the smile always coms. I was moved very much when I heard this part. After I watched this movie, I am very interested in Hawaii. Now, I want to go Hawaii very much. Essay04 Romeo and Juliet

I will introduce about the movie “Romeo and Juliet”. Have you ever heard this title? Maybe, almost all people had heard this title before somewhere. This movie was released in USA in 1996. This story was written by William Shakespeare so this story is William Shakespeare’s original play. He is very popular dramatist and this story is very popular all over the world. “Romeo and Juliet” are names that are so well known thay are a byword with a lot of people. So the names sometimes are used to take a various bywords. This story’s line is also same by original so language used is the original English. But, it is changed to modern style for that this movie’s location spot and clothes. This story’s ending is a tragedy but this story is loved a lot of people.

Next, I will introduce about cast of this movie. This story’s hero is Romeo and the heroine is Juliet. Romeo is played by Leonardo Dicaprio and Juliet is played by Clair Danes. Dicaprio is such a handsome man and Danes is such a beautiful woman. They are so suited to their parts and to each other very much. Romeo was the only son of the Montague’s family and Juliet was the only daughter of the Capulet’s family. Their family were quarreling for a long time. But, Romeo and Juliet fell in love at once when they met on the first day. In the original, Romeo is sixteen years old and Juliet is only fourteen years old so this story is the love story of young couple. This story’s supporting characters are Mercutio, Tybalt, Laurence, Fulgencio Capulet, The nourse and others. Mercutio is close friend of Romeo. Tybalt is enemy for Romeo. Laurence is father of Romeo. He is a monk so he often helps for Romeo and Juliet in the play. Fulgencio Capulet is father of Juliet. The nurse is servant of Juliet.

This story’s main stage is Verona in Italy. There were the Capulet’s family and the Montague’s family. This is the same as above so young people of the family often were fighting. It was so threatening to the people of the city. One day, Romeo and Mercutio and their friends went to party of the Capulet’s family. At that, Romeo met Juliet in look at each other through an aquarium. They were both attracted to each other. But, they knew about each other’s families which can’t allow love because their families are is adversaries. But, they were both attracted to each other very much so they decided to throw away their name. Then, they married in church next day. This movie has famous scene. It is in balcony of Juliet’s house after the party was held. In there, Romeo heard Juliet’s thorough to Romeo. It was profession of love to Romeo. But, Juliet didn’t know about Romeo heard her soliloquy when she took to oneself. But, Romeo was very glad when he heard it. So this scene is very good scene. A final scene is also famous scene. In church, Juliet was sleeping in the scene because she died at once. But, she looked only dying. In fact, she didn’t die. Because she dies temporarily by one medicine so she wakes up again afterwards. But, Romeo didn’t know about it so Romeo drank a poison to chase Juliet. After Romeo drank a poison, Juliet woke up then, Juliet also chased to Romeo so she hit her head by gun. At the last, Romeo and Juliet died. They crossed each other. It is so regrettable for audience. This story’s ending is so sad. But, Romeo and Juliet’s death brought about reconciliation between Capulet’s family with Montague’s family. So it is so good.

I’ve watched this movie before but the last scene always gives me shock very much. This story’s Romeo is so cool and Juliet so I like them very much. If you haven’t watched this movie, please watch this movie. I recommend this movie. (634words)

MR 03: Brassed Off

I will introduce about the movie “Brassed Off”. The movie was produced in the UK in 1996. The main stage is small colliery town in Yorkshire England. There were a lot of miners but they had a problem. It was the closing of colliery so if the colliery closes, a lot of miners lost their job. It was such a big problem for them so almost all the people opposed the closing of the colliery. Besides, if the colliery closed, the miners can’t belong to the Grimethorpe Colliery Band. So the miners were worried about it very much. But, they had hopes with Grimethorpe Colliery Band.

This story’s characters are Danny, Gloria, Andy, Phill, Harry, Jim, Ernle and others. Their town had a brass band club. The group’s name is the Grimethorpe Colliery Band. Danny, Andy, Phill, Harry, Jim, Ernle belonged to the brass band club. Danny is the main character of this movie and he is the conductor of the brass band club. He was proud of the brass band club and it was a religion for him. He loved the Grimethorpe Colliery Band very much. But, he will get chest trouble later in the movie. It was so sad for the people. Another character is Gloria. She came to work in Yorkshire. She is a beautiful woman and her grandfather was an intimate friend with Danny. Andy is such a cool man. Phill is son of Danny. He has a family. But, he had one problem. It is his home is poor. So it was a lot of trouble with money problems for him. Besides, his father will get a chest troubles. So he can’t handle the sadness so he tried to commit suicide by hanging himself at one night. It was a surprise to the people around him. Fortunately, he didn’t die so it was so good.

One day, a woman came to work in Yorkshire. She is Gloria. She had a flugelhorn. She can play music so she was searching for a place to play it. She heard that there was one possible play to play the flugelhorn in one place. So she went to there. There were the members of the Grimethorpe Colliery Band. But, she was not accepted by all members because she wasn’t a person of the town. Joining to the brass band club was prohibited to people from another town. But, she is a person of the town so she joined the brass band club. Also, her performance was so wonderful so all members accepted Gloria. At that time, Gloria met again with Andy. Gloria had met him before. But, Gloria pretended she did not know about Andy. Andy likes for Gloria of her appearance. They will fall in love after. The Grimethorpe Colliery Band took part in competition of British town bands. Then they got the championship of the competition. It was very good for them.

This movie’s highlight is the performing scene of the Grimethorpe Colliery Band. When Danny was entered the hospital on the first night, the band’s members came outside his hospital and they performed there. The scene was so stirring for me. I like the scene very much. This story was a little difficult to understand for me. But, I was moved very much. If you have not seen this movie, please watching this movie. (566words)

Movie Review02: Ratatoille

I will introduce about movie Ratatoille. This movie is an animated movie. First, I will introduce about main character of this movie. This movie’s main character is animal who is a rat!! His name is Remy. At first, he lived in suburb far from Paris in a small house with his family and his friends. He has a great sense of taste and smell. He has a wonderful ability of cooking. He always walks on his two back feet because he doesn’t want dirty his forefeet for cooking. Besides, he can understand the conversation of human. He is like a person!! But, he can’t speak the language of human. After that, he meets one man. His name is Linguini. He is walking into Gusteau’s in Paris a Restaurant which was a very famous and popular restaurant in Paris and once had five stars. In there, he is chore clerk. He does not have cooking ability so Remy helps him cooking after they meet. Remy is good partner for Linguini.

There are a lot of supporting characters. Their names are Skinner, Colette, Horst, Pompidou, Larouse, Lalo andothers. Skinner is head chief of Gusteau’s Restaurant. He is very short. His character is very mean. Colette is only woman of Gusteau’s. She is very tough. Linguini likes her. After that, Colette falls in love with Linguini.

One day, Remy was washed down the river. Then he got to Gusteau’s Restaurant in Paris. Then Remy met Linguini. It was very happy for Remy because Remy’s dream was to become a cook. So Remy helped for Linguini every day. For a rat to become a cook is essentially impossible. But, Remy’s dreams come true to become a cook with Linguini.

This story has a happy ending. Linguini looks very weak. But I like his character. This movie of highlight is beautiful image and cute character. This story gives me a strong impression and courage. If you haven’t watched this movie, please check and watch it!! (340words)

Movie Review01: High School Musical

I will introduce about the movie HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL from now. The Stage is East high school in America. This story is story of high school students. The main casts are Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez. Troy is belongs to the basketball club in his high school. He is the captain in his club and he is very good at playing basketball so he is popular in his school. Gabriella is a transfer student and she is very intelligent so she will belong to science club. After that, Troy will get together with Gabriella. This movie’s supporting actor are Sharpay Evans, Ryan Evans, Chad Danforth, and Taylor Mckessie and many others. Sharpay and Ryan are twin sibling. They love musicals. Next, Chad and Troy are childhood friend and Chad is belongs to the Basketball team too. Taylor is good friend for Gabriella. They are intimate friend too. They belong to chemical club.

During winter vacation, Gabriella and Troy met at a New Year’s Eve Party one night. It was the first time they met. It started their story from at that time. Somehow, they sang a song on the stage at the party. At first, they felt small but they felt happiness when they were singing the song. They knew singing is very fun!! Besides, the song title was “The Start Of Something New”. It is agreeable to them. After a week, they met at east high school again because Gabriella transferred from another state to his school. They joined the same class. The high school holds a musical. Sharpay and Ryan take part in their school’s musical in every year. The musical’s main show is singing and dancing so the drama club adviser holds an audition and she decides the main pair in every year. Before, Sharpay and Ryan always took part in the musical. But, Troy and Gabriella are interested in a musical and they have good voices. Then, they took the audition. Besides, they passed the audition so they were the competition for Sharpay and Ryan. They are growing up with each other. In the last scene, main cast and supporting actors sang the song “WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER”. It was so exciting and such a good scene. I like this scene the best in this entire movie. This movie is brimming with dreams. So when I watch this movie, I feel so much happiness. Besides, the dance and songs are very good. So I like this story and this cast very much. I think that this movie is loved by a lot of people all over the world. I also love this movie because this story is very fun. This time, we will introduce about KGU. We have been to KGU for three years and two years. KGU is in Kumamoto. It is in near downtown. We feel very useful.

First, we introduce about career. KGU was established in 1942. KGU was a language school at that time. KGU changed the name in 1994, so lead to present name. KGU has a department of social welfare, a department of commercial science, a department of economics and a department of foreign language. KGU has 4 departments. There are the department of commercial science and department of economics and department of foreign language and department of social welfare. There have some subjects each other. The department of commercial science has 3 subjects. The department of economics has 3 subjects too. The department foreign language has two subjects. The department of social welfare has 5 subjects. There have some subjects each other. KGU is a university of the humanities. KGU has an attached senior high school and an attached kindergarten. Then it’ll have an attached junior high school in 2011. I think that KGU will be activated in the future. KGU was a college of commerce in the past, but it is a non-specialist university now. KGU has graduate school. It is accounting course. Life wellness course established at last year. Various courses are gradually establishing in preset year. Number of students in KGU is 6806 people. A department of commercial science has so much people. A department of commercial science has 1140 people. Next is a department of economics. A department of economics has 1075 people.

Second, we will introduce about Britain and American course. We are being enrolled in Britain and American course. It was established in 1994. Britain and American course has 560 people. The Students are in Britain and American course who studies English. They have to study a second foreign language. We are taking French now. It is very difficult for me, but everyone has to take it. A department of foreign language has East Asia course. East Asia course students have to take Korean or Chinese. Britain and American course student and East Asia student have to study foreign language each other. Some peoples go to studying abroad. Then a lot of student studying abroad come to KGU. A lot of students are studying in this university. This university can to get various qualifications. For example, if we need a qualification, we can get teacher’s license and nursery teacher’s license and librarian’s license and nursing care license and so on. It is not easy for to get qualification. But, if we want to get a qualification, we have to study about their very hard.

Third, we introduce about this university’s facility. I think that KGU’s facility has very well appointed. First, buildings are very fine and clean. There are standing about twenty buildings. A library is taken a lot of students every day. There are very comfortable for us because there is very quiet. If we want to study with homework, there is very suitable place. In library, there has a lot of DVD and CD. For example, if I have a free time, I watch a DVD or listen to music. So this library is very useful and very good place for us. Large library also has AV hall. There is our favorite place in this school. We can see a variety of DVDs. Second, in green campus counter, there are travel agent and barbershop and convenience store. It is very useful and happy for students. A KGU has various facilities like this. Their make us comfortably our school life. This university can learning about various things. So we take around facility and we can progress own ability during we enroll this university. We introduce about KGU’s an institution. I think KGU is wonderful school. This school has large school building, large library, Maruzen, student’s dining hall, bakery, Lawson and etc. There are many subjects in this school. Maruzen has various stationery, many magazines, many references, is variety of dictionary and etc. When I study English, I go to library every time. Student’s dinning hall is good place. There are many variety of foods. They are delicious. My favorite food is curry in student’s dinning hall. Curry’s price is very inexpensive. Price is 280 yen. Please go to there. We like bakery very much. There is a lot of delicious bread in the bakery, and the mind is settled place. Bakery’s breads also are inexpensive. Our favorite bread is “egg role” all breads are delicious. Please eat bakery’s bread once. There is Lawson in this school. It is very useful. But I like Seven Eleven. Then there is English lounge in this school. This lounge must not speak Japanese. Everyone speak English only. International students sometimes comes English lounge. Then there are a darts and a lot of games in English lounge. Everyone enjoy it. There is interesting place, so we want you come to English lounge.

Finally, we introduce about our festival. There is Takuma festival in fall. It is big event in this school. Takuma festival before, students walk downtown for Takuma festival’s advertisement. Students rift up Mikoshi. Mikoshis are very great. Takuma festival is very interesting. Famous singer comes to this school every year. Takuma festival’s last day, students gather in ground. So, fireworks rises sky and Takuma festival finish. My favorite event is Takuma festival in this school’s event. There are a lot of circles in KGU. KGU’s circle is famous in Kumamoto. The circles member are preparing of Takuma festival. A lot of people will come to this festival in this year. Then we hold a field day every year. Our field day is very exciting. There is a lot of testing of skills to determine superiority. A lot of people participate in this field day, so it is the most interesting thing in KGU. We want you come to this field day. In 20 years, I am 40 years old. This is my introduction my 20 years in the future. I get a job when I am 22 years old. I work at magazine article. I become editer. I like to write so I am very happy to be working there. I conduct an interview every day. It is very hard for me but I feel a sense of fulfillment. I like that job very much. I work there for 8 years. I had a lot of experience at an office. I thank the office and people.

I quit a job for marry when I am 30 years old. I meet my husband at office. When I met him at first, I don’t think he will become my husband in the future because he isn’t my type. But I attracted by his character because he is very work ardor and kind and interesting and broad mind and lady first. I respect him very much. I like such him so I marry with him.

I have a son and a daughter. My son is 9 years old. His character is kind and fresh. He likes sports very much and watching a sports on the television too. He often plays catch with my husband. He wants to become good at sports player. My daughter is 5 years old. She is kind too and fashionable. She has a lot of clothes so I spend a lot of money for her clothes. She likes singing. When she watching on music television, she always singing too. It looks very fun and cute. I think pretty both of them. I love my children very much.

My family has a dog. The pet is golden retriever. He name is berry. We love him very much. I sometimes work around neighborhood with him. It is very fun and relaxing. Berry is wise so thief doesn't come in my house. We are dependence him very much.

I cook for my family everyday. I was not good at cooking when I will become started a mother . But I become good at cooking better than before. I feel fun to cook now. My everyday is so fun. I feel happy. (369words)

My Home Town

My hometown is Uto. I live in Uto for 11 years. I came in Uto when I was third elementary student. I like Uto very much because there are a lot of beautiful scenery and countryside and peaceful. They are very comfortable for me. I’ll introduce about Uto. In summer, there is festival every year in August. The festival name is “Zizou” festival. We call it “Zizoumatsuri”. I go to “Zizou” festival with my friend every year. There are a lot of stands. It is tempting and happy for me. When I went to the “Zizou” festival last year, I ate a lot of foods. Stand’s food price is little high so I took a lot of money. Another, the festival is take place parade. It is a lot of people participation in the parade. They wearing happi coat and move the hands and dancing. It looks very fun. The festival come a lot of people and couple. Almost girls are wearing a “Yukata”. It looks very cute. The festival is take place for two days. First day, a lot of fireworks display. They are various fireworks so it is very exciting and emotive. I want lots of people and couple to come to festival.
Next, I’ll introduce about “Todoroki” source. Do you know “Todoroki” source? There is very famous place and choose “Meisuihyakusen” of Japan. It is very wonderful things so Uto’s people proud of that. There is very clean water so a lot of people visit there for get water. I sometimes go there too. I want lots of people to come there too. Third, I’ll introduce about “Hakuzan”. It is mountain. The “Hakuzan” situated at near my house. There are “Konishi Yukinaga” statue top of the mountain and Uto castle trace too. I think Uto is countryside but there is good place. I love Uto very much!! (315words)

My treasures are my family, my memories and my pictures. I have four members in my family. I have my mother and father and younger brother. My mother’s character is frank and my father is kind. My young brother is kind too. My parents like nature very much because they both grew up in the countryside, so they sometimes go to a walk rally or climb a mountain. We went to Aso on vacation when I was a high school student. There is very beautiful scenery, so I think Aso is very good at place. I want to go to there once again.
